Why is it important to have a Rear View Camera along with a Front View Camera?

The Rear View Camera is an additional camera that connects to the main dash cam unit, capturing the events that are happening behind your vehicle. All Front & Rear View footages are recorded simultaneously onto the MicroSD card, and can be viewed together on the PC Viewer.

While it is usually the other driver’s fault when you have a rear-ended  collision, the Rear View Camera is very useful for capturing events leading up to a collision, such as dangerous driving and road rage incidents.

Envision this: If a driver has been tailgating you for 10 minutes on the highway, went around you and hit you on the side, the Front View Dash Cam unit alone will not sufficient to show what exactly happened.

Additional features?
When hard-wired, the Rear View Camera can also be used to detect motion as well during Parking Surveillance Mode to monitor against hit-and-runs and vandalism.

The Importance of a Battery Pack when Installing Dash Cams

BMW 435I GT x Blackvue DR650GW-2CH dashcam with CELLINK B

Why is Cellink Battery pack a HIGHLY recommended add-on when installing a dashcam?
Many of the newer vehicles are equipped a STOP&GO system. As the daily commute drive for most people is less than an hour, there is not enough time for the stock battery to be recharged and maintained at a healthy stage. Most car batteries are suffering a significant amount of stress due to the insufficient battery charging.
Having a dashcam installed would further increases the battery usage.
Furthermore, many of the newer dashcams include a very useful feature- a parking mode with a motion sensor detection that is on standby mode 24/7. The dashcam would be recording whenever there is motion within the range. This feature is very helpful especially in hit-and-run situations. However, having a dashcam on standby mode would put additional stress to the stock battery.

Cellink battery pack can keep your dashcam running long after the ignition is switched off and prevents discharge of your vehicle factory battery. There will be absolutely zero compromises on the manufacture warranty.
Cellink battery pack is utilizing a very powerful SAMSUNG battery and it can be easily installed out of sight due to its flat battery design.
Cellink is the ultimate way of wiring your dashcam with parking mode.
